Under the careful stewardship of grower Julian Hernandez, La Estrella flourishes with diverse coffee varietals like Caturra, Pink Bourbon, Wush Wush, and the star of this offering – Pacamara.

This natural processed Pacamara coffee undergoes a meticulous selection process. Ripe cherries are handpicked and floated in water tanks to separate the highest quality beans from any imperfections. The chosen cherries embark on a 100-hour fermentation journey in 100-liter barrels, unlocking their hidden flavors. Finally, they bask under the warm Colombian sun on drying patios until reaching the optimal humidity level, ensuring a perfect balance of moisture and aroma.
